This page helps you to search and select a standard notes id for transferring the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying the code identifying the standard notes or the description of the notes. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected notes id is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Standard Notes Id” Field.
The “Help On Standard Notes” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the standard notes id:

The login ID of the users who created the Standard Notes ID. The system retrieves all the Standard Notes Id created by the user specified here. The starting date in the range of dates from which the standard notes ID details must be retrieved (Date Format). The system lists all the standard notes ID that are raised later than this date The ending date in the range of dates from which the standard notes ID details must be retrieved (Date Format). The system lists all the standard notes ID that are raised earlier than this date The login ID of the users who modified the Standard Notes ID. The system retrieves all the Standard Notes Id modified by the user specified here. The starting date in the range of dates from which the standard notes ID details must be retrieved (Date Format). The system lists all the standard notes ID that are modified later than this date The starting date in the range of dates from which the standard notes ID details must be retrieved (Date Format). The system lists all the standard notes ID that are modified earlier than this date Use the drop-down list box to select the Organization Unit. The Standard Notes Id created in the specific unit will be listed. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the standard notes id.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
