Mapping users to organization unit

This page is used to map already created users to the Organization Unit created recently.
Click the hyperlinked image ‘
’ in the “Users” field in the “Organization Unit Instance Details” page.
The “Map Users to Organization Unit” page appears.
The system displays the following:

OU Instance ID |
The identifier of the OU instance to which the user needs to be mapped. |
|
OU Instance Name |
The name of the OU instance. |
|
Address |
The address of the OU instance. |
Enter the following search criteria:

Show |
Use the drop-down list and select the following options to retrieve the users in the multiline. The system lists the following values:
By default, the system displays “All”. |

User Name |
The name of the user to be mapped to the OU instance. |
|
User Description |
The description of the user. |
Click the “Fetch” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system displays the following in the multiline:

User Name |
The short name of the user. |
|
Full Name |
The full name of the user. |
|
Description |
The description of the user. |
Check the following box in the multiline:
|
Map |
Check this box to map the user to the OU instance. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the user mapping details.
