Mapping user to deployment role and OU

This page enables mapping the user recently created to the deployment role and the OU instance.

Click the hyperlinked image ‘’ in the “Map Role” field in the “User Creation” page.

The “Set User To Role OU Mapping” page appears.

The system displays the following:

User Name	The name of the user to be mapped to the deployment role and the OU instance.
Full Name	The full name of the user.

Show Role OU	Use the drop-down list and select the following options to retrieve the deployment role and the OU instance. The system lists the following values: All - Select this option to retrieve all the deployment role and the OU in the multiline. Mapped – Select this option to retrieve the deployment role and the OU that are already mapped to the user. Unmapped – Select this option to retrieve the deployment role and the OU that are not mapped to the user.. By default, the system displays “All”.
Role Name	The name of the deployment role.
Role Description	The description of the deployment role.
OU Name	The name of the OU instance.
OU Description	The description of the OU instance.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Role Name	The name of the deployment role to be mapped to the user.
Description	The description of the deployment role.
Name	The name of the OU instance.
OU Description	The description of the OU instance.

Map

Check this box to map the user to the deployment role and the OU.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the user-deployment role-OU mapping details.
