Master checklist / form type summary

This activity allows you to create a checklist id and type of form for a transaction and the same is used in the operational checklist details. These checklist ids and form types can be mapped to various transactions. You can further categorize the checklist as child and sub child level check list details. A checklist can be inactivated for a specific transaction.
